Amy has a long career with State Farm starting in the 1980’s! She was a field representative with our claims team and then made State Farm “a family” by meeting her husband, Mark, while working together. Amy and Mark were relocated to a new operation center in Bakersfield before moving back to PA to be closer to family. She became licensed to work in Agency after raising her two sons.
Amy’s goal is taking care of our customers with their insurance and making them completely comfortable with the process. She joined our office last year after partial retirement and she continues to help our State Farm customers each day.
She is a dog lover at heart, enjoys the outdoors, cooking her family recipes, and mostly enjoys spending time with her husband!

With more than 30 years of State Farm experience, Brenda is here to help you with all of your insurance needs. She is focused on protecting what is most important, making sure your loved ones are taken care of if something should ever happen to you. Her compassion for others is evident in the way she handles every interaction in our Greensburg office.
Born and raised in Western PA, Brenda is an avid runner, having completed 7 marathons. She is always active, both in and outside the office, which you'll notice if you sit down at her desk. David, her husband, owns an excavating business, which Brenda helps manage when she isn't helping customers at the Cashdollar State Farm agencies.
If you see her away from work, it will probably be out spending time with her chocolate lab, Grace, or volunteering at her church.

Connor graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where he honed his skills and developed a strong foundation for his career. After a successful tour in the competitive dance industry, Connor realized the importance of community and connection, leading him to return to his hometown. His journey has allowed him to meet incredible people, and now he’s dedicated to giving back to the community that shaped him.
Licensed to address all coverage needs for home, auto, and business insurance, Connor is committed to helping individuals and families find the right protection for their unique circumstances. With his enthusiastic approach and genuine desire to assist others, he’s a valuable asset to our agency.

Deanna DeFazio

Deanna handles most of the service related activities for our State Farm customers. She has over 20 years of experience with State Farm providing exceptional service and now leads the Customer Relations Team at our agency. She enjoys talking to our many customers on the phone and ensuring they are getting the most out of their coverage. She is a problem solver and works closely with people to help address any issues or concerns with their insurance.
Originally from Colorado, Deanna moved to southwestern Pennsylvania over 28 years ago to raise her family. She is a mother of three children – a son and daughter both serving in the US Coast Guard, and another daughter who performs by day and makes monsters by night. She is also the proud GIGI of a beautiful 2 year old granddaughter & has another granddaughter due in November of 2024. She is a huge fan of the "happiest place on Earth" and loves Broadway musicals. While she loves the Steelers, she is still a Broncos fan at heart. When not in the office, Deanna and her husband David spend their time traveling – A LOT.

Gina Oliveri

Gina is a native of North Versailles who started with our agency in 2021. She is licensed to help protect all that you cherish in life – your family, possessions, car, and home, and is now learning how to help protect your future assets as well. Her continued goal is to learn all of the many ways she can help people through their insurance and financial service goals. Though she is no longer at the front desk, she is always happy to talk to anyone about their needs.
After receiving her bachelor degree in psychology from Duquesne University in 2018, Gina spent two years in Florida as an apprentice service dog trainer and a doggy daycare attendant. She is happy to be back in the ‘burgh working somewhere that won’t leave her covered in fur at the end of the day. Gina cares deeply about the environment and stresses the importance of sustainability for future generations.

As our Office Manager, Jackie is responsible for leading the team and running the day-to-day operations of the agency. Her passion is protecting families from the unexpected and taking care of you as if you were her own family.
Jackie was raised in South Georgia and is a huge fan of the Georgia football team, Go Bulldogs! She is a graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where she studied sports administration. She resides in Plum Borough with her husband Steve and their dog Roxie. When not working, they like to visit breweries and coffee shops, as well as try new local restaurants.

Jocelyn joined the team at the Cashdollar State Farm Agency in late spring of 2024. She is a Pittsburgh native and University of Pittsburgh graduate. Jocelyn brings to the Cashdollar State Farm Agency over 15 years of customer support and relations – she strives on finding a solution to every problem and is companionate about assisting others. She is eager to learn about you and your family’s needs and to find the optimal coverages for all stages in life!
She lives in Morningside with her better half, Vin, their children Carmelina and Enzo, and their four dogs: Rocki, Charlie, Mack, and Ozzi. Her busy family life, filled with active involvement in school and neighborhood sports, helps her stay well-prepared for the fast-paced environment of the agency.
